I did not go to the Simpson Movie last night (as hoped) although #1 son went with friends.
On opening night, there were free doughnuts. And they were from my favorite local bakery.
I missed doughnut night. Perhaps, if I go tonight, it will be day old doughnut night.
However…

Oh! That’s really fun. I made one too. I didn’t see any backdrops though.
Found them. I like the Kwik-E-Mart background too. I can’t figure out how to make it my icon though. We’ll see.

I have not seen the movie…
… And I haven’t watched the show, but I love the soundtrack. Spider Pig has intrigued me enough to get me to the theater. That is, when I have time.

This is why I want to see it. I can’t help walking around, singing the Spider Pig song in a dumb Homer voice.
“Can he swing, from a web?
No he can’t, he’s a pig.”
According to #1 son, there’s also a storyline about the death of the band Green Day, and they play “American Idiot” on the organ at the funeral.
That should pretty mcuh have me on the floor.
